The Immaculate PTE THE IMMACULATE Pearson Academic Test / PTE Mission: To train the students appearing for the PTE to obtain the maximum score of 90. through customized training. for: PTE Academic is a computer-based academic English language test designed for non-native English speakers who want to study abroad. It tests Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. It is an integrated test which tests 2 skills together, such as listening and reading or reading and speaking and speaking and writing. Course Duration: 60 hours Areas covered: Individualized coaching is provided for all the 4 skills in an integrated format & style – PART 1 : SPEAKING & WRITING (77 – 93 minutes) Personal Introduction Read aloud Repeat sentence Describe image Re-tell lecture Answer short question Summarize written text Essay (20mins) PART 2 : READING (32 – 41 minutes) Fill in the blanks Multiple choice questions Re-order paragraphs Fill in the blanks Multiple choice questions A ten minute break is optional PART 3 : LISTENING (45 – 57 minutes) Summarize spoken text Multiple choice questions Fill the blanks Highlight the correct summary Multiple choice questions Select missing word Highlight incorrect words Write from dictation Learning outcome: The student excels in the test owing to the student friendly strategies adopted by the trainers. Specialized computer training is provided for those test takers who are slow in using systems or possess inadequate knowledge and/or expertise in working with computers.
